Cured In Place Sewer Liners

No Dig CIPP Solutions For Sewers

CIPP Lining for Sewer & Drain Pipes is an effective means of rehabilitating broken, rusted, and cracked pipes thatdoes not require excavation. It works by establishing one small access point to the damaged pipe where the line can be completely cleaned using high pressure hydro jetting and preparing it for a the new liner. The new cured in place sewer liner is then saturated with epoxy resin and can then be installed through the same access point creating a seamless continuous new pipe within a pipe. When the new liner cures, it is rock solid, air and water tight. Because there are no joints in a cured in place sewer liner, the possibility of future root intrustion is thus eliminated. Roots naturally grow towards moisture and nutrients that are emitted by the joints in older cast iron, clay, and concrete sewer pipes. With the liner in place, these joints are bridged and sealed off.
