The situation

Older Hillcrest homes sit on original clay sewer laterals laid in ten-foot sections, and every joint is an entry point for roots. This line had cracks as well as a root mass at essentially every joint.

The fix

TSR cleared the roots with a hydro-jetter, which also scours the pipe interior so the liner bonds properly. With modern resins the condition of the host pipe matters less than people expect; it only needs to hold the liner in shape for the few hours it takes to cure.
