TSR Trenchless is a Southern California trenchless contractor that has been rehabilitating sewer and drain lines without excavation for well over a decade. Owner Robert (Bob) Biedermann first saw cured-in-place lining in the early 1990s and concluded then that it would replace dig-and-replace as the standard way to fix a sewer. The company self-performs both CIPP lining and pipe bursting and recommends whichever suits the pipe, rather than steering every job toward one method.
The crews have lined and burst hundreds of lines, from 30-foot residential laterals in 4-inch cast iron and clay to municipal mains running thousands of feet at diameters up to 36 inches, including multi-connection HOA collectors and 8-inch mains with dozens of laterals reinstated robotically from inside the pipe. TSR owns its lining, bursting, hydro-jetting and camera equipment outright, which keeps pricing competitive and lets most residential jobs start the day of the inspection and finish the same day.
Based in San Juan Capistrano, TSR serves Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Ventura and Santa Barbara, the Inland Empire and the rest of Southern California, with local numbers for each service area. Lining work is backed by TSR's 25-year warranty.
