A busy mother with young children was dealing with increasingly frequent backups. Her street is heavily treed, and the camera showed why: terra cotta pipe full of roots, with cracks throughout where the roots were stressing the joints.
With that much cracking, TSR recommended replacing the line by pipe bursting rather than lining it. The run was only about 60 feet and the work took a day. Several neighbors came over to watch the new pipe go in, and a few asked about having their own lines done.
